Hi, how do you change the available short cuts on the swiped down screen? I have two Fitbit Ace LTE’s for both of my kids and they differ in the shortcuts available? Thanks

Hello @wualex and welcome to the Community.  Fitbit released a firmware update for the Ace LTE.  Your Ace with the black bumper got it, but the Ace with the green bumper hasn't gotten it yet.  Fitbit is always sending out firmware updates to all models.  There is no rhyme or reason to who gets it first.  Just be patient.
