Fitbit Ace family quest not tracking steps only on one parent's account

We're trying to get our family quest complete but the app isn't tracking my steps. I have everything synched up and open the app frequently to chat with my kids. Any hints or tips appreciated!

Hello @SuperPeej 

This help page (<-- click link) explains that, currently, only steps tracked by the Ace app on your phone counts towards the family challenge.

Sometime this year (2025), there will be support to sync activity from other health apps that will count towards the family challenge.
