Sometimes when someone doesn't see their history, it is because they have had another account/password in the past, and accidentally just logged into the wrong account. In that case, just logging out, then logging back into the correct account shows your data history still there.
Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
