Couldn’t retrieve location. Device may be in an area that haslow signal.

 

The issue is that “haslow” should be two separate words. The corrected text should be:

 

“Couldn’t retrieve location. Device may be in an area that has low signal.”

This small fix will improve readability and clarity for users encountering this message. Please consider addressing this in a future update. Let me know if you need any additional details.

You can actually submit this using the Feedback option in the Fitbit Ace LTE app.

  • Tap on your picture in the upper right of the Ace app
  • Tap on Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts & submit

Although it's likely that you won't receive a reply, the team receives & reviews the feedback reports.
