Good idea, poor execution

My son has had this watch for a week. I'm thinking of returning it as there are so many flaws:

- Battery  life is horrible! He is constantly on it to check his progress and the battery drains in less than 6-7 hours which is ridiculous

- You can't disable games, only put the watch in school mode which disables messages as well 

- To communicate with anyone, they have to download the app AND have a Gmail account to communicate. That's hard for grandparents to do.

- When the watch dies after 6 hours, you have to remove it to plug in which then you don't add steps and movement activity

- There should be a sleep mode for nighttime when it's essentially put in airplane mode so the child can't message, call, or play games.

- You should be able to connect to wifi in the event you don't have access to an LTE network

For battery life, my child's watch been lasting for the entire day. They haven't been on it during the school times though so the rest of the afternoon it's been working fine.

- You can't disable games, only put the watch in school mode which disables messages as well 

- To communicate with anyone, they have to download the app AND have a Gmail account to communicate. That's hard for grandparents to do.

This is a limitation within the watch and I recommend putting feedback for this as I think I web version would be nice.

This is available to connect to wifi. You would need to get to the settings options where you would hold the top button and swipe down. I would press the controller option after and the settings option would show up where you can set the wifi.
