Heart rate doesn’t show on the clock face. I’ve tried everything I can find on the help site.

Hello @SH2GO 

You posted in the Fitbit Ace LTE forum. The Ace LTE is a device designed for children and doesn't have heart rate on the clock face.

Please let us know which Fitbit device you have so that we can move your post to the appropriate product forum where you can get help with your issue.
