Hourly steps - can’t adjust times

I called Fitbit this morning and they say they have corrected the issue BUT they have not

i can’t adjust the times on my hourly step county, I usually adjust in the weekend but it will not move. It won’t stead away from 11am

Hello @Kerrygirl73 and welcome to the Community.  Do you live in a country that switched to summer daylight savings this weekend?  If so, please understand that is is an issue that Fitbit just doesn't handle well.  Please ignore all errors today with your hourly activity and sleep.  Things should sort themselves out tomorrow.

Yes, I do

i mentioned this but it was ignored 

they said it would correct in 2 hours from when I disconnected and reconnected my device at their request

@Kerrygirl73   Just wait until tomorrow for these things to sort themselves out.  Their suggestions won't work.
