I’ve been a Fitbit user for YEARS, over a decade. We bought the Fitbit ace lte fit our kids and read that you could deactivate games (perfect because we don’t need them addicted to technology). We just wanted them to be able to track activity, engage with approved contacts and be able to lock their watches when needed. NO WHERE did it say this little modern day tomagachi would be stuck with this watch demanding my children’s attention and to ‘play’/interact with it. I’m so frustrated because I love Fitbit so much, we bought two of these watches with year long LTE plans each and I’m ready to throw them away because I feel like we were deceived with the notion we could get rid of games but this virtual person remains. Please someone tell me they’ve found a way to delete it and I don’t have to switch our family from Fitbit.

Hello there @Zhelth, welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. I greatly appreciate all the steps and effort you've put in so far!
You can "turn off" certain apps on your child's Ace LTE, except for essential system apps. Please follow the steps previously shared here.

I have disabled those but there is a virtual person/being that wasn’t advertised when I bought these watches that I cannot turn off. It demands my children’s attention and it ‘interact’ with it. This is what I need turned off, not just the games.

Hello @Zhelth
The eejie character is an integral feature of the Ace LTE device. As far as I know, there isn't a way to turn off the eejie.
