How do I find the last known location of Ace LTE?

My child's watch has been missing and is dead. No location information is showing. I know Google tracks devices. How can I find the last known location of my son's watch?

I reached out to the team about your issue. They confirmed that, unfortunately, the last known location is only stored for 24 hours.

How long ago did they lose it? Location history is only stored for a day.

With that said, open the Ace app on your phone, find the child's name, and tap "Location". The last known location should be right there.

Okay. Well, that's why I can't see it. It's now been around 10 to 12 days since we have seen it. Goodbye watch. Guess I need to cancel my subscription

Why would the last location be stored for only one day? I'm in the same situation, my son's watch has been missing for a couple of days, and I can't see the last location in the app at least to have a clue where it may be.

Please keep the last known location available in the app!

Ridiculous, isn't it?? You spend quite a bit on a CHILD'S watch and you don't think a child might misplace it? They clearly don't understand kids...
