I am traveling in Asia with my kid and am aware that the subscription pass does not work overseas. However, I have not been able to update the time on my kid's watch manually on the Fitbit Ace or Fitbit app ony android phone. Is there a way to update time zone manually? Please provide instructions!

Hello @Lynty,
You are able to adjust the Date & Time on the FitBit Ace LTE after a few steps. I believe this is possible if you can connect the device to Wifi.
First, head into the Family Link app on your mobile device. Under your childs account, select the Fitbit Ace LTE. Under the menu enable "Edit Date & Time".
Once this has been turned on, you need to head to the Settings on the Fitbit Ace LTE.
To do this, hold down on the top button (Home) until you see the power menu, scroll down and select Settings.
Scroll down to the very bottom of the settings options and select System.
Then you should be able to select the Date & time option.
In here, turn off Automatic date & time and then scroll down to Set Time. Then you can scroll the hour to set it to the correct time.
Press the check mark when complete, and then press the Home button to verify the correct time is set.
Then when you are back in the US, make sure to turn Automatic date & time back on.
Please let us know if you have further questions.

Hello @Lynty and welcome to the community. This is a user to user forum and it could take a day or more to get an answer from a Fitbit Product manager. Do other features work on the app. Does your child's activity sync to the app?

Thanks for chiming in. I've found that steps and messages sync over a wifi connection even the LTE subscription does not work overseas. Other features like location, messaging and calling seem to work over wi-fi as well. I just can't seem to figure out how to set local time or set location for the correct local time. The watch stays on the original US time zone no matter what I've done.
