My son no longer wants to wear his Ace LTE but I paid for an annual Ace Pass data plan. I decided to give his watch to his sister. Is it possible to transfer his data plan to his sister? It's still under my family group so I don't see why I shouldn't be able to.
When I try to set up the watch for my daughter, the app offers me a sibling discount on the Ace Pass but there's no option to actually transfer it from his account to her account.

Once you've set up the Ace LTE for your daughter, you can cancel your son's Ace Pass and we can get this refunded. To request the refund, you can submit feedback via the Ace app (tap on your profile in the Ace app, then Feedback and then follow the prompts), or you can contact our Support team at g.co/fitbitace/contact.
