Hello @tkamler38

This help page (<-- click) has the instructions on how to locate your child's Ace LTE device. Hopefully, the device still has power so it can be found.

Welcome @tkamler38  to  the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

I'm sorry to know that you lost your Fitbit Ace LTE.

If you lose your Fitbit device, try the tips below to find it:

  • Check the Fitbit app to see the last time your device synced. If it synced recently, it's likely within range of your phone.
  • Take your phone to the area where you think you lost your device and try to sync. If your device syncs, it's nearby.
  • Try using a Bluetooth locator app to help you find your device. Depending on the operating system you need to download a compatible App. For iPhone, try LightBlue Explorer. For Android, try Bluetooth Finder.
