Irreparable screen and subsciption cannot be transferred to new watch

ANSWERED

The build quality of this watch is not that strong. My child fell down and the Google Fitbit Ace LTE watch screen is broken. Google doesn't repair the screen and now my annual subscription cannot be transferred as per the other forums. I still have 9 months subscription left and I want to buy a new watch but due to this non transferable subscription policy, I cannot do that. Does anyone went through same pain and dropped the idea of getting a new Fitbit Ace LTE due to this rigid policy?

Hi @varunrishi, sorry to hear this has happened. Your subscription is linked to your child's account. So as long as you set up the new watch with the same account, the subscription will follow, there is no need to purchase another subscription.
