Missing game from Ace LTE

My daughter received the latest update but is only able to see one of the 2 new games in her arcade. Melvin the mole stays hidden. If I go through family link and disable the app and reenable it then she can click the notification can play it briefly that way. My other daughter's watch has both new games. I have tried restarting and putting it on the charger. Thanks in advance.

By any chance, have you already restarted your daughter's device since the update?

For now, please use the Feedback option in the Ace LTE app.

  • Tap your picture in the upper right
  • Tap on Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts and submit

Please let us know when you've submitted the feedback report so I can alert the team to look for it.

Thanks for the response. 

I have tried restarting the device several times. Also just copied my post from above and submitted it to feedback through the Fitbit ace  app.
