Not Receiving Reset Password Email

Hi,

I am trying to reset my password, but I am not receiving instructions on how to do this. Help!

You posted in the Ace LTE product help forum, which is a child's device. Please let us know what Fitbit device you have and we'll move your post to the correct forum.
