Not counting steps

both my daughter and son's watcher's randomly stopped counting steps even though they're wearing the watch.  a reset works, but we shouldn't need to do that

Thank you for letting us know about the step counting issue you're seeing on your children's Ace devices and that restarting the watches resolves the issue.

Please use the Feedback option in the Ace LTE app to submit the issue.

  • Tap on your picture in the upper right of the Ace LTE app
  • Select Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts and submit

Although it's likely that you won't receive a response, the team receives & reviews the submitted reports.

This is still continually happening. He should not have to reset the watch every day to get steps.
