My son's fitbit keeps dropping calls and apparently it's due to overheating according to the message that alerts him once we're disconnected.  Solutions?

Hello @ImBroseph 

Since the Ace LTE is overheating, it's best to contact Ace Support (<-- click). Complete the prompt in Step 1. Tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore Resources) to get to Step 3, which has the contact options.
