When my child tries to enter the different worlds in the Pollo 13 arcade game, the screen just shakes a little and nothing happens. This is pretty frustrating since it's his favorite game on the watch. He's tried restarting the watch to no avail. Any suggestions?

When you say that he's reset the watch, did you mean doing a soft reset or resetting the watch back to factory settings?

Both! He initially tried just doing a soft reset because he was afraid that resetting the watch back to factory settings would make him lose all his progress. But then he had another issue, had to do a factory reset, and he's still having the same problem with the Pollo 13 game freezing and not letting him play. It's a big bummer since it was one of the reasons he loved earning points.
