Repeated Parent Joined Notifications

I have an issue where my wife's parent account will spawn a parent joined notification on my phone and my son's Ace LTE. It happens once or twice a month, we tried disconnecting and reconnecting her account with no resolution. Has anyone else had this issue?

Thank you for letting us know about this issue. I haven't seen anyone else report this in this forum. 

Please submit this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit Ace LTE app:

  • Tap your picture in the upper right of the Fitbit Ace app home page
  • Tap Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts and submit

The feedback reports are received by the team for review. I'll try to notify the team to watch for your feedback report. 

If they suggest any troubleshooting, I'll report back.

Hello @SouthshoreSkier 

A couple of troubleshooting steps to consider and try that a team member thought might work.

The easiest one is to clear the cache for the Ace LTE app on your phone. 

If clearing the cache doesn't work, try uninstalling, then re-installing the Ace LTE app. 

  • Log out of the Ace LTE app on your phone
  • Uninstall the app
  • Restart your phone
  • Re-install the app
  • Log back into the app
