My son set up a screen pattern passcode on his Fitbit ace and forgot the pattern . Not able to rest the watch
tried multiple ways. Not able to connect from phone also now

This Fitbit Ace help page has the instructions on how to reset the Ace LTE when one forgets the security pin/password (<-- click link).
Please be aware that the process includes erasing the data on the Ace. So there's likely to be some loss of data.

Hi, did you ever figure this out. I can’t get to Recovery screen. Keeps on coming back to the Lock Screen. We have green light on his watch, and we were out of town, and son says he was doing something with Greenlight when it locked. So frustrating, as i cannot reset the watch with every attempt with each set of instructions. Now still waiting on higher tier group from Fitbit to help.

I replied to your post in the other thread.
The link for Ace LTE Support (<-- click link) is different than the one for other Fitbit devices. After you click on the link, complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. This team is familiar with the Ace LTE whereas "regular" Fitbit support is not.
