Text notifications on the ace lte

Is there a way to turn on sound notifications for texts on the watch.  Currently the watch makes no sound or vibration when my daughter gets a text from us.

It seems like the sound and vibration settings for notifications might be turned down or off.

To check:

• If you haven't updated the firmware, swipe down and tap on the Gear icon.
  If you have updated the firmware, press and hold the grey button on the right side until the menu shows up. Swipe up and tap on Settings
• Swipe up and tap on Sound
• Swipe up to Ring and Notification. Tap on the + to increase the volume.
• Swipe right to get back to the Settings menu. Tap on Vibration, which should be just below Sound.
• Swipe up to Notification Vibration. Tap on the + to increase the vibration strength.
• Swipe right twice to get to the main screen

Let us know if this fixes the issue for the text sound & vibration notifications.

BTW, you might want to spend a few minutes getting familiar with the Settings menu. I know there is quite a lot that's available in the Settings menu.
