Unable to add family contact when the account is also a supervised account on the same family plan.

The issue I am having and google support had no fix. They just sent me an account recovery procedure.

My issue is both my kids are also individual accounts and I am unable to add a siblings account because the app just doesn't allow it but doesn't give a reason why. They are both on the same family plan I created and both supervised. The watch works and is activated. But I can't add the sibling. The app doesn't allow it. Why, when we are all on the same family plan and I manage them.

My best guess is because on a supervised child account, when you sign-in on anything the Supervisor(Parents) would have to approve signing in and they didn't include this feature. Its sorta like a 2FA for under 13 accounts we create for our children. I am hoping they update it to allow us to add their sibling. I like that this is just a calling and messaging app but they need to allow me to add another already supervised google account on the same family link I created.  Please fix this!

Hi @JAYMIRA - I have heard from a lot of people that they would love this feature and I wanted to let you know that this isn't a bug or glitch, but is working as intended. This is good feedback though, I will send it into the feedback feature directly in the app. You can do the same by opening the Ace app, click your profile icon in the top right and then hit feedback. The more people that make this feature request, the better of a chance it will get added down the road.

Same sorta problem here.  Trying to add two friends for my daughter and both say "An invite cannot be sent to this email."  Any solution?  I thought being LTE it was going to work with it's own cell number and not through an app only.
