Hi, I have 2 watches and one has the newest games and update on it while the other does not. I've restarted the one lacking updates, it charges all night, I've even factory reset it once. It still does not have the latest update with the new games.
All the watches haven't received the update yet. They are still rolling out the update in batches. Not to worry because your watch will get it soon! I am still waiting to receive the update on my watch too.
I can't say for sure that this is what is happening but Google likes to push out updates in batches to cut back on server congestion and to make sure that updates don't break all of the devices.
