Hello @Elfraloro!  Welcome to our community forums!

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 turned off.  Thank you for letting us know.

To better understand this issue, I'd like to know if your Versa 4, even though it's turned off, has recently synced with your app, if your watch vibrates (for example, when you connect it to the charging cable or press the button for several seconds), and finally, if the green lights on the back are on?

If it doesn't respond to the charging cable and isn't syncing, you can consult this article and follow the steps to try to fix it: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Oddly, I am coming here to hopefully find information about my versa 4 as well. My versa was charged at 94%. Yesterday morning, i went to see what time it was and was faced with a dark screen. I tried to tap it on, push the button, to still a black screen. Thinking maybe i was worng or slept on it and somehow used up the battery life. i put it on the charger it buzzed. I left it on got ready for my day, went to get the watch and still  dark screened. The app sort of did some of my steps and other data, but i know not completely. just very odd.

Sometime between Saturday evening and Sunday morning, it is not behaving. I have only been wearing it just over a year. I see they have replied to your post.

Not the original poster but same issues:

  • Looking at the app: it says it just synched, however it also says there is an update. I swipe to that there it says it synched 6 hours ago.
  • no steps are recorded thus far today, but cal has recorded.
  • Charge is listed at 82%
  • Last i charged it, the green lights were on

I am going to look at your link, and chack again when i go home to see if it still responds to charger.  In the meantime if there is anything else I should know or try please share, Thank You.
