Why is my new kids watches error ERR_S073

I just bought 2 of these watches for my kids and am trying to get them set up. 

Both throw error S073. What does this error mean?

Hello @PairOfRooks 

Based on the recent user posts, there seems there is/was an issue on the Fitbit side. 

At this point, it may be best to contact Ace LTE support (<-- click). Complete the prompt in Step 1. Tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore Resources) to get to Step 3 which has the contact options.
