Will Ace LTE work in UAE or Egypt?

Is it working in UAE or Egypt coz I ordered it online and don’t know if it will be useful for my kids or it will not work at all as the Fitbit ACR LTE app not available for download

At this time, the Fitbit Ace LTE is only for use in the USA. I believe that's why you weren't able to download the app.

It sounds like you should cancel your order, if possible.
