Hello fellow-fitbit-users,
I am a bit heartbroken as I accidentally changed the clockface of my fitbit versa 3 and I can not change back to the old clockface, because it was by a third party.
The problem is that I need numbers on my clockface to understand it (don't ask, I have a difficult time with numbers and reading the clock), but there is no alternative in the gallery. Is there any way to get my old clockface back?
Unfortunatly I do not remember the name, but it looked a bit like the drawing attached.
Can anyone help?
I know it seems like a minor inconvenience but for me it is a big problem and hinders me from using the device.
Thanks a lot in Advance!

If you installed it from the play store, you can check there for your purchase history.

@LaCo.Sushikatze are you located in Europe? The reason I ask is that in June 2024, Google removed the ability to download third-party clock faces in the EEA. This means that if you remove a clock face, you can't get it back even if you've already paid for it. Unfortunately, there is not a work around for this.

Hi @LaCo.Sushikatze - in addition to the EEA situation, did you check both the watch Clocks app, sometimes you can reach it, depending on your watch model, by a long gentle press on the centre of the watch display, and in the Fitbit App Gallery tile?
Sometimes you can just accidentally switch clock face without actually losing it, as it takes some doing to remove the active clock face normally, unless you did a factory reset or installed new clock faces.
