I have downloaded Achu and signed in but when I touch it, it goes dark as if it is starting to log in but immediately takes me back to where I was before pressing on it

Thank you for coming to the community with your question. I see you have a question about the Achu app you downloaded and  your having difficulty with it. Because this is an add on app I’m moving your post to the Fitbit App Gallery so that you can get more relevant answers to your question. I’m sure someone there will be able to answer the issue your having much better there. 😃
