Agenda is not working properly on my Fitbit device

Hi

Although there are some appointments in my agenda, I don't receive any notification of it.

I searched for solutions but nothing works.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards

Hello @King787

Is it possible that you accidentally have your DND (do not disturb) mode or your Sleep mode enabled? You will not receive notifications if they are. You can also check to make sure your calendar events are enabled. Open your Fitbit app, tap profile picture, scroll down and tap Versa 2 then scroll down and tap notifications. Is your Calendar events enabled? While your there tap App notifications and make sure the apps you want notifications from are enabled as well. If you make any changes make sure you sync your tracker so the changes can be accepted. If your not receiving any notifications then go to your phones Bluetooth and look for the blue information icon beside your Versa 2 in the connected list. Tap that icon and make sure that share system notifications are enabled.
😉 Let me know if this helps. Keep me posted

Hi there, @King787. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with the Agenda app.

In addition to what @SunsetRunner has shared with you, check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • Calendar access must be turned on for the Fitbit app:
    • On iPhones, open the Settings app on your phone > Fitbit > make sure Calendars is turned on.
    • On Android phones, open the Settings app on your phone > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions > Calendar > make sure the access is set to Allow.
    • On Windows 10 phones, open the Settings app on your phone > Privacy > Fitbit > make sure Calendar access is turned on.

If the steps above don't work, please confirmed that you've allowed the Agenda app to access your calendar and run in the background. Also, checked that you've adjust the app's permissions as described here: How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit device?

If the issue persists, please try the following steps:

  • Uninstall your calendar app from your mobile phone.
  • Uninstall agenda app from your Fitbit device.
  • Remove cache from the Fitbit app on your mobile phone.
  • Restart your phone and your Fitbit device
  • Reinstall the calendar app. Disable all other calendar on your phone in order for the default calendar to sync.
  • Reinstall the Agenda app on your Fitbit device.

I've moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery board for organization purposes.

Hope this helps.
