Big Weather clock face won't show currently weather

My weather clock face does not report the weather stays the same can’t change it. Cannot put city in it

I took a look at the app description for Big Weather and could confirm that this clock face requires payment after a free 3-day trial. 

While all apps and clock faces in the Fitbit App Gallery are free to download, some apps and clock faces require a paid subscription service (such as Pandora) or a one-time activation fee (to a developer). 

I'd recommend changing your clock face. Take a look at the article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? or you can see, How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit watch?
