Bitmoji clock face stuck on preparing to teleport

Downloaded the Bitmoji watch face and connected it to SnapChat but it won't teleport.  I've kept the watch close and followed the necessary steps.  I disconnected and reconnected the app, restarted my watch, disconnected and reconnected Bitmoji to SnapChat, disconnected and reconnected bluetooth and no success.  I've revoked the watchface until I can get a result on how to solve this issue.  The excitement has officially wore off lol.

After the recent Ionic recall I decided to purchase the Sense but the BitMoji clock face isn’t installing. It’s sticking at ‘Preparing to teleport’ but doesn’t install. I’ve seen other threads reporting a similar issue and have followed the suggestions given but nothing has worked.

When i try to teleport my snapchat bitmoji onto my versa 3 it is just loading for 3 days now. It is fine when using other clock faces and i was able to teleport to my previous versa 3 with no issues

I received my new Sense yesterday but don’t seem to be able to load my Bitmoji clock face. It worked fine on my Versa but just keeps saying “Preparing to Teleport”. I’ve deleted the Fitbit app several times and reinstalled but nothing seems to change. Any help greatly appreciated as I love having my Avatar on my watch! I’ve deleted and re created my Avatar and linked my Bitmoji and Snapchat accounts- I’m running out of ideas…..

Unfortunately the Fitbit clock appears to be broken. Someone reported getting passed the teleport with an update in another post but no one else seemed to be able to get it working.

I just got the sense today and I tried connecting bitmoji but it gets stuck on ‘connected preparing to teleport what do I do to fix this?

No, unfortunately it did not help.  Still stuck at "Connected Preparing to teleport"  All the steps have been followed exactly as posted. 😞

I've been through all the steps multiple times and still no luck. Hope there is a fix soon. I really enjoyed this feature on my Ionic.

My Fitbit app is now doing the teleporting - you can see it going up by percentages, but once it says teleport is complete the Bitmoji hasn’t transferred to the watchface. The watchface is just showing a constant circle as though it’s still thinking about it.

Hello fitbit team! i’ve been trying to get the bitmoji clock face for a while now and when i finally got it to connect to snapchat it’s not teleporting it keeps saying connected preparing to teleport i have waited and no percentage or nothing need help!

Still stuck at CONNECTED - Preparing to Teleport.  I went through all steps at least 10 times.,  even factory reset on versa 2.  uninstalls, Snapchat inst, uninstall, logging on and off, Bluetooth on and off, wifi on and off, STILL DOESNT WORK.  = PLEASE HELP

nope, I've given up, hoping @Fitbit will fix it, or remove it from the
watch faces until it is fixed.

I did the firmware update released today in hopes that the fix was included.

Sadly, I'm still unable to use the bitmoji clockface mo matter all the avenues of attempted fix.

That's 3-28-22. No fix yet

Also having the same problem for about 3 days not on after I change clothes on  my Bitmoji I let it sit over night last night preparing to teleport and nothing

I can confirm same problem on iOS. Fit bit firmware is up to date. Restarting Bluetooth, Fitbit, closing app, restarting phone, etc is to no avail.

I am having the exact same issue. I've had my fitbit for over a year and ran bitmoji clock on it all that time with no issues. Changed phone and had to set up app on new one. Now it won't work, everytime I select the bitmoji clock it says 'connected, preparing to teleport' and has been like this for days.

I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app, removed and reinstalled the bitmoji clock, connected again through snapchat and still get the same.

It seems to be frozen and will not load past preparing to teleport, with my fitbit stuck on the loading circle.
