Bitmoji clock face stuck on preparing to teleport

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Downloaded the Bitmoji watch face and connected it to SnapChat but it won't teleport.  I've kept the watch close and followed the necessary steps.  I disconnected and reconnected the app, restarted my watch, disconnected and reconnected Bitmoji to SnapChat, disconnected and reconnected bluetooth and no success.  I've revoked the watchface until I can get a result on how to solve this issue.  The excitement has officially wore off lol.

Thank you. (Fitbit Sense).

@Mcmdcuellar   You aren't the only user having this issue.  There are multiple reports about the Bitmoji clock face getting hung up at this spot.  It's been reported to Fitbit as a bug.

Is the Bitmoji app the problem, does not allow to down load the face clock , when u go in the app under connected apps you don’t see Snapchat because it does not recognized the connection , that is why is imposible to get the face clock . They need to fix that problem in the Bitmoji app firts .

Ok this last post gave me an idea. Go directly to the Bitmoji app. Go to
settings. Go to connected apps. At the bottom click on "visit Snapchat
connected apps" when I went there I had to log in to my Snapchat through
there. Once I was logged in there I went to the Fitbit app and installed
the face. Started teleporting and showing the percent. Low and behold it
worked! I think the problem is, especially after all the uninstalling and
reinstalling we've done, Bitmoji was never really logged in. Let me know if
this works for you!

It is not working for me too. Probably now it is some bug at the app. We all with trouble have Android 12 or iPhone?

It is weird. From the time, that Google buy the Fitbit company, it is terrible customer support and software engineering. Before everything works fine with my Fitbit Versa 3. But of course, it is Google, they have trouble with their Pixel phone too, when I bought it and do not care about not working 5G connectivity...

And here not care about lot of people with same trouble. Most of us not have time to again and again wait for some trouble repair, when they not care about us. I mean that lot of us now using another clock face, because we do not wait for terrible customer care...

In order to remove the clock face you have to pick another clock face to use… And then when the other clock face is in use you can delete the Bitmoji…

You are right it’s terrible customer care and service   they don’t care at all google that is they just want you to buy their stuff and good luck with you you are in your own . Tipical silicone valley behavior ………

I don’t think is Fitbit the problem is the Bitmoji app the problem and they don’t care or do anything

Exactly….. it’s a glitch on their end… all that happens is I get the message…” preparing to teleport”, and then you see a circle
Go around and around on Fitbit, but nothing happens

Has this issue been resolved? I recently got a Versa 3 and every time I try to install the Bitmoji clock face, it gets stuck at "connected, preparing to teleport."

No.. I have had the Bit Moji clock face on my versa two since last May and never had a problem until last Friday when my phone seem to spontaneously reset… When I tried to download the bit emoji again it just gets stuck at preparing to teleport… Nothing else was changed so what’s the problem with it… It seems like a lot of people are having the same problem but I’m assuming it’s on their end because all other clock faces work
