Bitmoji clock face stuck on preparing to teleport

Downloaded the Bitmoji watch face and connected it to SnapChat but it won't teleport.  I've kept the watch close and followed the necessary steps.  I disconnected and reconnected the app, restarted my watch, disconnected and reconnected Bitmoji to SnapChat, disconnected and reconnected bluetooth and no success.  I've revoked the watchface until I can get a result on how to solve this issue.  The excitement has officially wore off lol.

Is there a reason that Fitbit hasn't updated or been able to fix this in 3 months, when so many users are commenting it's a feature they loved on their device?

They don’t care , they are there just to make money , for to buy their equipment their premium subscription etc etc , no customer services

What do you mean ??? The clock face ??  I don’t think so , sorry until they fix Bitmoji app maybe it will work and Fitbit do something about it other wise naaaa.

Yeah that’s what I mean… It’s not going to get fixed until Fitbit figures out what’s wrong on their end

I have tried everything to get my.bitmoji to download onto my versa 3 it's stuck on this screen but all the other faces work I'm using version 1.2.1 I've tried everything system restore the fitbit uninstalling everything going on another face saving it and going bk I've tried everything plz help me

@Jenjen1987   There seems to be an ongoing issue with the Bitmoji clock face.  I looked at your profile and saw that you added on to the appropriate thread in the App Gallery forum.  That thread is the best thread to follow.  No need to start another thread.

@Jenjen1987   Like I wrote, there is an ongoing issue with the Bitmoji clock face.  It isn't specific to the Versa 3.  This is why threads in the in the App Gallery forum are a better fit.  I hope you understand why I directed you there.

I am so frustrated with fitbit.

 

First my Versa Light was overheating and burning me, so after several calls Fitbit offered a free replacement. The replacement was delayed for about over a month, finally got the replacement and no charger, after 2 weeks the charger was delivered.
 
Now I finally set up my Versa Light but the Bitmoji Clock Interface is not working. Always was working and one of the main reasons i liked the Fitbit Versa - tried everything from updating, reset etc
 
There are so many problems right now with fitbit and its getting kinda frustrating.
 
I really hope Fitbit is getting their act together.
 
Is there anything else we can do??

Meanwhile I bought myself a new fitbit (fitbit sense 2) and it came with a free premium subscription. But customer service told me to wait to activate till my Versa Light replacement is complete.
 
Now I finally set up my Versa Light but the Bitmoji Clock Interface is not working. Always was working and one of the main reasons i liked the Fitbit Versa - tried everything from updating, reset etc

Now i have 2 fitbits, one not working correctly, no free premium got activated and no replies to emails, customer service is a joke.
 
Over 5 years with fitbit but my journey might come to on an end *sigh*

have you had an online chat with anyone??? I just have online chats all the time so there is a trail of messages of complaint etc.. I told them that there was a problem with bitmoji so they said they would pass it on, i had to get a new one as i had ionic & my bitmoji was on that but the sense it wont work.

Just keep complaining its the only thing that will help get it resolved.

I always call and get a case number & email but at this point i feel customer service either doesnt listen or just doesn't reply anymore 😞 very sad - good thing is i have a large following on Social so i can tell friends eventually to stay away from a company like this. 😞

Their customer service now is in Colombia , how in the world they will know what is going on here in the USA . ? , and yes they don’t care anymore

I don’t think they care anymore first when you call customer service it goes all the way to Colombia they don’t know what is going on …. My son told me to switch to Garmin it’s a better product and customer service .
