Bitmoji clock face stuck on preparing to teleport

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Downloaded the Bitmoji watch face and connected it to SnapChat but it won't teleport.  I've kept the watch close and followed the necessary steps.  I disconnected and reconnected the app, restarted my watch, disconnected and reconnected Bitmoji to SnapChat, disconnected and reconnected bluetooth and no success.  I've revoked the watchface until I can get a result on how to solve this issue.  The excitement has officially wore off lol.

Thank you. (Fitbit Sense).

My Fitbit Versa has been working funky lately… so i actually factory resetted it and thought i would just reinstall everything… it turns out i can't get it to work… it's now stuck at "Prepare to Teleport"… I am using Fitbit Versa with Android 9 on my phone.

I also tried with a Versa 3 with Android 11 on my boyfriend's phone… still doesn't work… looks like it's the bitmoji clock face that is not working then.

Please fix it… Thank you!

This problem has been reported to Fitbit numerous times…( I’ve had the exact issue)… they act like they are looking into it, but seems doubtful!
Hopefully they follow

Please stop posting the same thing. You keep giving us the directions of how to set it up not how to fix the problem. This problem has been going on since as far back if not further than 2019. It's obvious that when something gets updated your system does not update it. So rather than retail us what we've already done, could you give us some ideas of how to actually fix it?

I had the same thing in early 2020 when I switched to a Versa 2. Now I've switched to the Sense and again are having the same issue.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit and Snapchat. I have unlinked and relinked my bitmoji with my Snapchat and my Fitbit. I've restarted the Fitbit I've restarted my phone I've restarted them together. This is obviously an issue Fitbit software with our phones. I even had to create a new Snapchat because my account was permanently locked from continually trying to get them to sync.

We should rate the fitbit app 0 stars on playstore or AppStore, here no one cares about our complaining. Fitbit sense last update was like 3 months ago or more, all they care about now is wearos for the new upcoming products.

Hi all I have just purchased a new versa 3 after my versa lite died.  I had the Bitmoji clock face on my lite with no problem at all.  For some reason I can’t get the Bitmoji clock face on the versa 3 it is stuck on preparing to teleport.  I have spoken to a few people via live chat who couldn’t help me.  I was reassured as the last person who spoke to me said they will escalate to people higher up and I would be contacted via email.  I finally had a response which basically told me to do what they said and if it didnt work to contact the developer as it is a 3rd party clock.  I thought it was a Fitbit clock face as it is under the Fitbit section.  Anyway can anyone help with some ideas.

I have deleted everything restarted everything and it still will not teleport across.  The reason I bought the versa 3 was to be able to have the Bitmoji clock face.  Thank you for any help

Hello @KT-21 and welcome to the Community.  This is a known issue with the Bitmoji clock face.  I will merge your post into the (long) thread on this issue in the App Gallery forum.  This has been going on for a while.  I hope a moderator is giving updates.

I have had the exact same problem and so have many other people… Fitbit support says that they will escalate the problem to a higher level and you will receive an email that basically is going to say thank you for contacting us and we’re sorry you’re having a problem and they will proceed to tell you everything that you have already done… They say they are aware of the problem but that’s all they’re saying and nothing is being done about it it is very discouraging
