Downloaded the Bitmoji watch face and connected it to SnapChat but it won't teleport. I've kept the watch close and followed the necessary steps. I disconnected and reconnected the app, restarted my watch, disconnected and reconnected Bitmoji to SnapChat, disconnected and reconnected bluetooth and no success. I've revoked the watchface until I can get a result on how to solve this issue. The excitement has officially wore off lol.
Thank you. (Fitbit Sense).

Lizzy-
From reading this forum this seems like a persistent problem that Fitbit has offered 0 solutions to the error. I have tried all of the recommend steps for 2 days. Even trying to leave it to load the Bitmoji face over night. Removed and reinstalled, restarted, linked, unlinked. Can you offer anything new?

Unfortunately, mine still doesn't work as well. Am trying every few weeks the whole cycle of all steps without success. I cross fingers for everyone, some day it will work again...i miss that cute gadget greatly 😪

I updated my Versa 2 yesterday and amazingly the Bitmoji clock face teleported in less than 5 minutes. It’s been working great since then. Always before, it got stuck and would do nothing for hours. So try updating your Fitbit’s software. I hope it works for you.

A new update yesterday resolved it for me. I hope it will for you too.

Help please. I have tried everything. Bitmoji will not load to my versa 2. It is brand new and the only reason I switched from my garmin tracker to fitbit was for this app. I know it's silly but I love that aspect of the fitbit. It just says connected preparing to teleport. Never changes at all. I have asked customer service from fitbit and their response was, we are aware. This seems like a 2 year old issue with no fix. I have tried installing old fitbit apps, using my chrome book, Uninstaller and reinstalling both my fitbit and the app with not luck at all. Sooooo disappointing. Can't believe this issues hasn't been solved yet. Anyone have any ideas on how to get it to install or having the same issue recently

I had the Bitmoji clock face working for over a year but it never synced changes to my avatar. Removed the clock and reinstalled, now I’m stuck in the never ending “preparing to teleport” loop. I’ve done everything recommended here repeatedly over the past few days, in different orders. Reinstalled Fitbit, Bitmoji and Snapchat apps. Restarted my iPhone (11). Logged in and out of everything. Connected and reconnected the accounts. Nothing has worked. Surely Fitbit should have a solution or proper workaround by now.

I just want to chime in and say that I am having the same issue. I have a Versa 2 and have tried everything. It took me two days to resync it last time I changed the outfit and now I can't even get the old stuff back. I've had my phone's display on for over an hour now and still nothing. I don't understand how this has been an issue for SO LONG and there's still not a resolution. It's incredibly frustrating. I know in the grand scheme of things, this is trivial, but It's my favorite clock face and it brings me joy all day. My kids even ask to see what it's doing throughout the day. Please come up with a fix! Thanks!

I got an email from Fitbit that stated they are working on this problem. If it isn't fixed in the next day or so, I'm hanging out up. This is totally unacceptable.

This is unbelievably frustrating - I had to send in my fitbit because of a recall and my package got lost so never got my refund...but finally bought my replacement and tried to set up the bitmoji clock and it just sits at preparing to teleport.
I made sure my phone and Fitbit are on the same network too and nothing is working. I also made sure my phone was on the latest iOS.
I can only see the background color change and other than that the little loading icon just sits on the Fitbit screen.
Fitbit please fix this...its been over a year or more as I had this issue on my previous fitbit as well. That makes no sense, that it would take this long.

Mine is (semi) working!
This was after trying all of the suggestions on this thread...
I downloaded the clock face and tried to teleport. Nothing happened. I forgot to install my other clock face and left the bitmoji clock face running for an entire day or
more. (Empty screen) When I went back to it, I tried to teleport again and it worked. The bitmojis seem to work most of the time but can be glitchy. (See pic) Also, Not sure if it matters, but I was on vacation on different Wi-Fi than my home.
