Downloaded the Bitmoji watch face and connected it to SnapChat but it won't teleport. I've kept the watch close and followed the necessary steps. I disconnected and reconnected the app, restarted my watch, disconnected and reconnected Bitmoji to SnapChat, disconnected and reconnected bluetooth and no success. I've revoked the watchface until I can get a result on how to solve this issue. The excitement has officially wore off lol.

Thanks for the details and screenshots provided, as well as your efforts while working on this matter. I understand where you're coming from and I apologize for this experience. As mentioned before, our team is aware of the issues experienced with the Bitmoji clock face and they're currently working to bring a solution to all our affected members.
I appreciate your feedback and I'll update this thread as soon as I receive more information from them.

I'm having the same problem for two days, tried everything you've tried and nothing. Still stuck on trying to teleport. I think I give up at this stage now, very disappointed.

Mine is doing the same thing. Stuck on telaporting for two days. Its a joke!

Just seeing the date on this... its now the 19th of August 2022 and this problem is still on going. Two days I've been trying EVERYTHING, two days... still its saying preparing to teleport and nothing for HOURS. There's only so many times you can keep telling us to uninstall, reinstall, unlink, relink, unpair pair , everything on my phone is updated and linked and my phone is Samsung 10 plus which I had linked to the clock face just last week with no problems until now. This is very disappointing. Two days of absolute frustration. It's obviously a major on going problem from reading these forums.

Oh sorry 🤣 no that wasn't directed at you it was for admin... they keep telling everyone to do the same things over and over. We're all having problems and they're still not sorting it out months later ... Again, apologies lol.

This whole thing is incredibly annoying but what’s more frustrating is the moderators continuing with the same generic response.

Same thing happening to me. Teleporting complete but it’s not showing up on my Fitbit. Just the spinning circle thing. Did this happen to anyone else? If so, where you able to fix it?

I managed to get it to work, I just kept trying and eventually it teleported over and it’s been fine since
