Bitmoji clock face stuck on preparing to teleport

Downloaded the Bitmoji watch face and connected it to SnapChat but it won't teleport.  I've kept the watch close and followed the necessary steps.  I disconnected and reconnected the app, restarted my watch, disconnected and reconnected Bitmoji to SnapChat, disconnected and reconnected bluetooth and no success.  I've revoked the watchface until I can get a result on how to solve this issue.  The excitement has officially wore off lol.

How many times will they come in the next year and still say they are working on it?

When I check this thread, it seems to be an issue longer than covid. Lol

I checked the thread too and it's on going from 2 years ago. I gave up and changed the clock face to something else. (Raging because I loved the bitmoji one) they just keep saying the same **ahem**e over and over. Fed up with it now. 😒 as I'm sure you all are too.

I just got it working. Removed the dowload and restarted the watch. Went back to the app page for clock faces. There was a advert header with the bitmoji and downloaded it fro. There. Finally saw the download go past 1%.

I've been trying on my refurbished fitbit 2 which was recently replaced. My other one was fine and downloaded really quickly but not on this one. How do I delete please to reinstall? I've tried many instructions but can't seem find.

I just did an add device. It wasn't a new one, but then fitbit sent a 4
digit code on the versa 2 I typed it into the app and it reset the versa 2.
Just go to add on the app. I didn't delete anything

There is hope!

I have tried to get this on three watches, nothing has worked. I tried last night on a completely brand new Sense. Left my phone screen open and on for  a half hour and still nothing. 😞

How long did it take when you did it this time?

I’m so sorry , I don’t think they will fix it bc the Bitmoji app is not been updated since ever anymore and maybe they don’t do business with them either . I don’t believe people saying it works for me bla bla bla naaaa is not true they should stop that . Until Fitbit post something saying is been fix them maybe other Wise not the problem

It took a time of retracing. My friend is still not able to get it to work. 

I would be saying the same as you if it didn't randomly work on Sunday morning 🙃.  I assure you, it's random.

But yes, this shouldn't be so hard

Mine worked but then it kept showing half of the emoji so I just gave up and changed the clock. Tried again today and it work at all. I give up.

I'll keep trying randomly. Probably wasted 3 hours on it in the past 12, which is not a great use of time just to get a watch to work and not have it work!! Lol thanks for getting back!
