Downloaded the Bitmoji watch face and connected it to SnapChat but it won't teleport. I've kept the watch close and followed the necessary steps. I disconnected and reconnected the app, restarted my watch, disconnected and reconnected Bitmoji to SnapChat, disconnected and reconnected bluetooth and no success. I've revoked the watchface until I can get a result on how to solve this issue. The excitement has officially wore off lol.
Thank you. (Fitbit Sense).

It seems to be working fine for me. Friend has iPhone and sense and was able to get it working.
Very random and yes a lot of time spent on a clock face. I was in bed doing nothing other than avoiding putting my feet on the ground to start my day. Lol
Give it a break and try again later

Lol! I hear ya! I’m trying again and it’s just stuck on “preparing to teleport”. Taking a break….again!

I'm lucky, mine works perfectly fine so far. But I'm still nervous about how long it will last 🙈

I have the same issue. After changing my Bitmoji’s outfit I tried to sync but it’s stuck on preparing to teleport. I deleted and restarted the clock face as that was a suggested fix and now my Bitmoji has gone completely. The clock face hasn’t been updated to reflect the changes to the app or other operating systems. I’ve reinstalled the Fitbit app and all the other suggestions to no avail. iPhone 13 iOS 16. Sense

I can't believe this thread has gone on SOOOO long and no one from fitbit + Bitmoji + Snapchat has gotten TOGETHER to write some concise directions to make this work efficiently! I have been an education technology specialist for over 20 years and I am pretty intuitive about tech, but I had to delete and reinstall all 3 apps and restart them before I could get this to work. What really did the trick was strong wi-fi. I had to have both devices next to the wireless output and then, it finally worked. This ain't for the weak, but it should not be that hard. DON'T GIVE UP. Once you see the percent loading, you have done it. It will only take about 5 minutes to finish the teleporting.

Thank you! I have just followed your advice to be near the wifi and it worked!

Fitbit didn't care, so I gave up on Fitbit and got a Samsung Watch 4. Comparable features, and features that would be under Fitbit Premium are just basic features for this watch. Not to mention, it has a Bitmoji clockface that actually works and doesn't require a whole community to jump through hoops for 👍

I did this per @SweetHeatSC instructions and also removed my versa 2 from my fitbit app and re-added it and it teleported within a minute! Thanks!!

Has there been any kind of resolution to the preparing to teleport issue? The thread is long and I may have missed that post.
