Downloaded the Bitmoji watch face and connected it to SnapChat but it won't teleport. I've kept the watch close and followed the necessary steps. I disconnected and reconnected the app, restarted my watch, disconnected and reconnected Bitmoji to SnapChat, disconnected and reconnected bluetooth and no success. I've revoked the watchface until I can get a result on how to solve this issue. The excitement has officially wore off lol.
Thank you. (Fitbit Sense).

I had tried SO many times and spent several hours between three different Sense watches (2 brand new) and lost way too much time on this. BUT today is the day! I got a new phone (OnePlus 10T 5G) and attempted to change the clock face after I synced my watch to the new phone. It worked immediately. It definitely jumped from preparing to teleport to teleporting within seconds. It did take a min to show up on the watch and I panicked and thought it failed at first, went back and synced the Bitmoji to the watch again, walked around and tried to forget about it while it was teleporting *again* and a few minutes later, it was my Bitmoji face on my watch! That only took me 9 solid months

I have the same problem with it showing preparing to teleport and I've been connected for hours because I did not know how long it was supposed to take so I guess I'm just going to have to stop the thing cause apparently it doesn't work.
Mine finally worked after I reset my Versa 3 but I think it still took around 17 minutes or so.

When it worked last winter, it took about 5-10 minutes at most.

Good for you! I've been trying since June. I think Fitbit doesn't care about us, otherwise this would've been solved.

Agreed. I honestly thought it was a waste of time after so long, but then people started posting about getting theirs to work. It only took three watches and a new phone for me.
Good luck!

It finally worked for me a few days ago. I say give it another try. It took a minute but it did finally complete the process. You'll know because it will actually make progress.

It shouldn’t take that long #1 ,2- I don’t think you have to go to all that trouble update disconnect then connect sync etc etc in order to down load the face still is not been FIX in my opinion .
