Bitmoji clock face stuck on preparing to teleport

Downloaded the Bitmoji watch face and connected it to SnapChat but it won't teleport.  I've kept the watch close and followed the necessary steps.  I disconnected and reconnected the app, restarted my watch, disconnected and reconnected Bitmoji to SnapChat, disconnected and reconnected bluetooth and no success.  I've revoked the watchface until I can get a result on how to solve this issue.  The excitement has officially wore off lol.

Hello what I noticed is my wife has the versa 2 she can't get the clock face to work I have the versa 3 and was able to get it on the versa 3 which only happened about 3 weeks ago but I waited a very long time before that before it actually worked so what I noticed is the clock face bitmoji was updated from 2019 to 2020 int the mobile app which I was also stuck on this before so if I go into my app to the clock face it's on September 2020 and my wife which has the versa 2 is still stuck on the 2019 version of bitmoji but we both have the same mobile app version so fitbit needs to get the versa 2 to update the bitmoji to September 2020 I think only then will it work on the on the versa 2!

This has possibilities.   I also have a Versa 2 and my clock face has a 2019 date.

You open the face clock and go to where it said 

See all details under settings option ; scroll down all the way after screen shots you will see it .

Last time my bitmoji updated on my fitbit was in Feb 2022. Yes, it's been a
long time.

Fitbit constantly update the app that is not the problem , the problem is the Bitmoji app itself that it has not update for yearsss now . That is why it does not work with Fitbit anymore or maybe Bitmoji does not longer make business or associate with Fitbit anymore and they are not saying it .

Go to the bitmoji clock as if you want to download it scroll down you will see the date when it was updated for some reason I think that's where the issue lies! If that changes to September 2020 it will download I check every day and so far it's still on 2019 only for versa 2

OK then try installing mine I have versa 3 then I got an update for my watch and then it showed the bitmoji version in the app to September 2020 I was able to get it on my versa 3 after many months of being stuck on the 2019 update so my wife has the versa 2 and it's still showing the 2019 version not to sure ps I did struggle with when I got this all on my versa 3 but it did start working so I'm hoping it will work on versa 2

Could be. I was able to update bitmoji on my versa 2 in early spring. My
sister updated her versa 2 a month ago after trying for a couple of weeks.
I have not been able. She has an iPhone , I have a Samsung. That also maybe
the problem.

Every few weeks I come over here to see if it's ever been fixed.... I've done every step suggested numerous times. My bitmoji watch face will not update. I left my phone sitting right next to my Versa 3 for an hour with the app open and even forced my screen not to shut off. Still nothing. Pleeeeeeeease fix this!

I don’t think they will , the Bitmoji app has not been update since for ever , and maybe they don’t do business together anymore . Every now and the the moderator I think her name is Liz will come out and say I’m sorry for the inconvenience  our team bla bla bla bla and nothing happens .
