Downloaded the Bitmoji watch face and connected it to SnapChat but it won't teleport. I've kept the watch close and followed the necessary steps. I disconnected and reconnected the app, restarted my watch, disconnected and reconnected Bitmoji to SnapChat, disconnected and reconnected bluetooth and no success. I've revoked the watchface until I can get a result on how to solve this issue. The excitement has officially wore off lol.
Thank you. (Fitbit Sense).

I see this is apparently being looked into by Fitbit developers already however I wanted to add that this issue is not only affecting Sense users. I have been having this issue on my Versa 2 for weeks now as well. I've been using the bitmoji clock face for several months but about 3 weeks ago it wouldn't teleport after changes I made to my avatar. After about 2 weeks of removing and reinstalling, unlinking and reconnecting I was finally able to teleport it and thought the issue was solved. Sadly I'm now only seeing glitching graphics and a mostly blank screen 80% of the time. I'd really love to see this fixed as, when it works, this clock face is a lot of fun.

Adding myself to the list, sense with iPhone 13, tried everything and Bitmoji is still stuck at teleporting, hoping for a solution from @Fitbit soon!

I've followed all the suggested steps in threads here for my Fitbit Sense and also get stuck with a "Preparing to teleport..." status on Android 11 in my Moto G 5G.
Hoping for a fix to this as the Bitmoji clock has always been my favorite.

I had mine working just fine on my Versa (Pixel 6 Android 12) and then I factory reset my Versa as the battery was draining every 2 days and now it won't reconnect. I've uninstalled the Fitbit app, restarted both my phone/Fitbit, disconnected/reconnected Snapchat/Bitmoji, etc. Nothing works.

So, just for fun I tried again. I connected to WiFi and then went right to the bitmoji clock. I installed and hit connect to snapchat. Then it immediately started teleporting with percentages. I made it to the 100% mark and it's working so far! I have an up to date iPhone XS Max.
My brother in law has an android phone and he tried as well. It teleported, but his bitmoji isn't fully formed on his watch. (Pixelated)...
I'll take this as a sign that it's being worked on 🤷:female_sign:

Hi,
I’ve also had this problem - it won’t teleport the bitmoji.
this is what I’m getting on my iPhone XR/versa 2 when I try to choose the bitmoji clock now “sorry, an error occurred. Please try again later”
and the wheel going round on my versa.

And now I’m just getting the same preparing to teleport like everybody else - it’s been doing this for months, but thought I’d see if it works today as I miss the bitmoji clock!

Posting this, b/c there hasn't been an recent topics.
I have the Versa 3. It is not working/updating/doing anything.
Things I have tried:
1. Made sure all apps are up to date.
2. Made sure all permissions were correct.
3. Uninstalled/reinstalled FitBit.
Completely at a loss. Any help is appreciated. It's always a struggle when I try to update my Bitmoji and I really wish I knew if this was a bug or if I'm doing something wrong.

Is the image on your watch ok though? I downloaded the Snapchat update and it teleported but my Bitmoji is still all pixelated.

Yes it is! And it changes throughout the day as it used to.
Please note that i uninstalled the clock face from fitbit and also removed it from snapchat, cleared the cache in snapchat and then re-installed it on fitbit. Go to your fitbit dashboard as well to make sure snapchat is removed from there before reinstalling. Restart your fitbit after that if needed! Entire process took less than 10mins.
Hope this helps!

Just did the same and it worked!!! Updated Snapchat. Made sure Fitbit was updated. Teleported, took a minute or so then it worked! I'm using a galaxy note 10plus. Bitmoji clockface is not pixelated and working 100%
