Downloaded the Bitmoji watch face and connected it to SnapChat but it won't teleport. I've kept the watch close and followed the necessary steps. I disconnected and reconnected the app, restarted my watch, disconnected and reconnected Bitmoji to SnapChat, disconnected and reconnected bluetooth and no success. I've revoked the watchface until I can get a result on how to solve this issue. The excitement has officially wore off lol.
Thank you. (Fitbit Sense).

My versa 3 won't do the bitmoji clock face. My regular versa did so much better than this one as well with everything in very disappointed.

After giving up entirely, and not installing/uninstalling anything new, I tried selecting the Bitmoji clockface from the Fitbit app today and it worked. Haven’t done anything to fix it after the previous scores of attempts, just tried it in a whim and it worked. Can only suggest you keep trying, folks. Good luck.

Same experience here. After a Sense update, I tried the face and it teleported and loaded on my watch. It was extremely glitchy, but then I updated my Bitmoji appearance and re-synced and it loaded up. Didn't do anything special because, frankly, I was tired of jumping through hoops to try and get it to work.

Finally got the Bitmoji clock face to work on my new Versa 3 last night. The first time it looked glitchy so I synched a second time and it worked. It did take a few minutes after teleporting was done for the clock face to stop spinning and see the Bitmoji on the watch. I missed it when I "upgraded" from the Versa 2 so I'm glad I got it back.

@Gtic There seems to be a (very) long and ongoing issue with the Bitmoji clock face. I'm merging your post with that thread in the App Gallery forum. You can follow moderator updates there.
