Please guys fix the bitmoji clockface cuz its just not working

This has been going on for a long time now. Mine won't even begin to teleport. I click on connect. Then it goes to another page and I have to click on continue and then it just goes back to the first page. It seems it's been a problem ever since Google purchased Fitbit. Why didn't you just leave it alone instead of messing the thing up? A lot of people are irritated about this. When I purchase something, I expect it to work or else to be able to get a refund. If you all created the bitmoji clock face, you should be able to fix it. Since it was actually created by Fitbit, maybe you need to contact them for assistance since you all don't seem to know how to do it.

More than a year ago it stopped working and we dont have any solution. Google is killing fitbit step by step

I thought it was just mine! I have been driving my self crazy trying to connect the bitmoji clock face as it just stopped working.
