Welcome to the Fitbit Community @CKLim, hope you're doing great! I'm afraid to say you cannot as you need a paid subscription to Deezer and a Wi-Fi connection to download music. The Deezer app is available to Ionic and Versa customers who have a paid subscription to Deezer. For more information about Deezer subscriptions, see deezer.com/offers.
