Can't change the themes on my Sense 2 clock faces

I've  recently replaced my Fitbit sense with a new sense2 and the analog  faces  do not display the different color theme options.  I've checked the  clock setting, removed and reinstalled the clock face apps, reset my sense 2  and phone without success.   The Fitbit analog watch face app (named Guilloche) only shows the clock hands on a black background.  The Guilloche has  color theme options for a gold ,rose and white clock face.   I had another clock face   that I had paid for my sense  this also does not display the clock face color theme colors.

 Please advise on how this can be fixed.

Hi @Sdme  - for clock face faults you need to contact the developer, given at the bottom of where you installed it in the Gallery tile.
