Can't choose color scheme for Sense clock face

Hi,

 

Got my new sense today, and I can download clock faces and apply them, but I can't change them off their default color schemes.

 

Things I've tried,

 

Restarting the device,

Restarting my phone,

Restarting Bluetooth,

Removing WiFi connection,

Changing to and fro between faces,

Updated my firmware and software,

Deleting and reinstalling clock faces,

Manually syncing device.

 

Any help appreciated!

Hi, Not all clock faces change color.

In the installation description [where you download the clock face] it normally gives the instructions.

If the clock face you are using doesn't work right, contact the developer, at the bottom of the description.

I'm using clock faces made by Fitbit, the instructions say click on the colour scheme you want. It doesn't work. I've tried dreamcicle, intersection and loop with no success.

 

I should clarify, if I say select intersection, and click into "change colour scheme" I can choose one of the 6 there and it updates immediately. However if I choose one of the 4 different themes on the main page for the clock face it only ever uses the default first one.

The phone number listed on the support link isn't recognised and I don't use Twitter.

 

So that's a bit of a non starter.

 

I can't believe what a joke Fitbit is when it comes to customer service for people paying a monthly subscription fee on a £300 device.

It may be possible to reach them via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, that may work.

I don't use twitless either. You can chat with support online on the fitbit site..
