Can't connect my Versa 3 to Deezer

ok, so everything is conneted correctly, by wifi & or bleluetooth, i go on the deezer app on versa 3 tap it, it gives me a code to enter on fitbit.comp/deezer i go there enter code it then shows my details etc & code box, i enter the code & tap pair, it spins , then says uh oh an error has occured & flicks straight back to fitbit app! it just will not pair with deezer app on the watch! i have deezer premium.. i have uninstalled both the app on watch & fitbit app on phone(pixel 6 pro) rebooted both, re installed both but still the same time & again.constant uh oh error message regardless of what i try!.. anyone with any fixes please?

Hi there, @Maverick67. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

Please plug your watch into the charger. Music downloads automatically when the watch is charging and in range of your Wi-Fi network, or tap the menu icon > Force Sync Now in the Deezer section of the Fitbit app to add the playlists to your watch.
