I've looked at all the other relevant topics but none of the best answers have helped so far, my Versa is version 33.1.30 and I have it synced with my phone and laptop both of which have no updates needed for the Fitbit app yet everytime I go to download Spotify, its greyed out with the banner underneath saying to install the app, make sure that the fitbit app and device has the latest update. I have spotify premium too so shouldn't be an issue. Please Help

I have been trying to change the clock face on my fitbit Versa for a few weeks now. I keep getting the message ¨To install this clock, make sure the Fitbit app on your phone and your Fitbit device have the latest update.¨ I have done this and still get the above message.

My versa was working perfectly until versa 2 came out. I can't install fitbit agenda as it says my watch is not up to date? I updated my phone and my app but there is no update for my fitbit. Please fix this.

Hi guys,
I’ve just upgraded my Versa to the Versa 2 but am having some issues.
When looking to change my clock face the ‘select’ button on a specific clock face is greyed out and there is a message that reads ‘to install this clock, make sure that the Fitbit and the app on your phone have the latest update’.
I have just bought the device and installed it and there are no new updates outstanding. Any ideas?
Thanks guys

When I click into some apps and clockfaces, theres a pink notice which tells me "to install this app, make sure the Fitbit app on your phone and your fitbit device have the latest update"
However, I am sure that both my device and app is up to date.
Could someone help please?

It's May 25, over a month since this problem was first reported, and I see no action on this. I can't change the clock face on my new Charge 4 either, and I'm not a big fan of the one and only clock face (Totem) that I'm currently stuck with.
I'm using iOS 13.4.1, my Fitbit show version 48.20001.78.33, and Fitbit app version 3.21 (the latest available from the App Store as of today).
Update: I later found I could change the clock face, but not to the one I most wanted to use (L-Azimuth). Some of the choices are allowed, others are not, with no clear explanation why. For now, I'll settle for "Retro Double Stat", but I hope this gets fixed.

Since no one is helping, I'll give you my solution. I had the EXACT same problem with my versa. I had to do a factory reset, go through the setup again and then it worked.
