I just bought Versa 2 smartwatch and I don't have built-in Amazon Alexa. Just realized that in Latvia and Scandinavia we don't have Alexa feature. Why? When we will get it?
Maybe sellers in previously mentioned countries should be informed about this fact because it is a kind of false information.
If I can't access the Alexa feature with my versa 2 smartwatch then the biggest difference between Versa and Versa 2 is screen quality and some other small improvements!!??

Can't say, you could ask Alexa support or Fitbit support.
