I bought and paid for a new u.s. flag watch face for my versa 2 and it shows that I have it on the fitbit app watch face page but I dont have it . I DONT THINK FIT BIT DOWNLOADED IT. It is checked but my watch just shows a gray screen with 4 steps to make changes to background etc on my new face which I have done.

 

Pls help......
